The HTC Touch HD is a touchscreen phone with a screen that you really will want to touch! The display measures in at an impressive 3.8 inches dominating the front of the phone and managing to pack in 65k colours and 400 x 800 pixels for a truly vivid visual experience! The Touch HD incorporates HTC’s TouchFLO 3D interface putting the controls firmly at your finger tips and allowing you to navigate menus simply by swiping your finger across the screen. But the Touch HD doesn’t just hide behind the touchscreen, HTC have included a 5.0 Megapixel camera, the highest ever found on a HTC phone, complete with autofocus, zoom and Video capture. The HD runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 professional giving you pocket office with the latest versions of Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as Windows Media Player for music and video. The HTC Touch HD is also a powerful internet tool thanks to HSDPA connectivity and Wi-Fi as well as a web browser worthy of the internet explorer name that it carries. Oh and for good measure HTC have also included GPS with A-GPS support for even quicker navigation, Bluetooth, video calling, a 3.5mm audio output jack and expandable memory.
