Windows Live Messenger for Mobile Browsers

December 4, 2006 at 3:52 pm by Jay | In Mobile phone applications

It is now possible to access Windows Live messenger through your phone’s web browser. This will benefit many phone users who are not able to install the application files to their handsets.

The URL to type into your phone browser is http://mobile.live.com/wlm/imsi.aspx

It’s a handy feature to have access to but can be annoying if you use a handset that doesn’t allow you to minimise the web window for access to text, calls, etc.

  1. No doubt this is the future of hand sets, although you have to ask, why would you type when you can speak. We type on oue internet because it is free, i presume using messenger would cost the same as typing.

    Just a thought
