Nokia S60 Party

Nokia S60 PartySo here we are at the world’s biggest congress of wireless solutions providers, and do you think we can get a reliable internet connection? Nope. Busy networks and an apparent lack of usable WiFi means posting is not as heavy as we expected, but we’re here now!

Last night we scored invites to the Nokia S60 party, held at the fantastic Palais de Musica Catalunya (thanks Phil!). I’ve never been in a room with so many Finns, and it was a fantastic night. Lots of gossip, lots of personalities and above all lots of hints. For instance, sounds like Nokia are going to be using “Web” as a runtime.. Which means we can expect “webapps” on future Nokias, and lots of room for 3rd party software..
